After living in Orlando for many years, the Orlando Eye at ICON Park had always been on my list of landmarks to photograph. With its bright lights and striking presence, it’s a spot that naturally draws attention, especially at night. However, despite passing by it many times, I hadn’t gotten around to capturing it until recently.

Last night, I finally made the time to head over to ICON Park, camera in hand, ready to photograph the Orlando Eye. The weather was perfect—clear skies and a warm breeze, with just the right amount of city buzz in the background.

The Eye looked even more impressive up close at night, its lights changing colors and reflecting on the water below. I set up my tripod, made a few adjustments to my camera settings, and started shooting. I took my time, trying out different angles and exposures to really capture the wheel’s vibrant energy.

The experience was straightforward and enjoyable. There was something satisfying about finally getting the shot I had imagined for so long. I ended up with a series of photos that I’m happy with—each one showing off a different side of the Orlando Eye.
